Smart Lance System
The latest innovation on the Aqua Cutter Evolution models is the Evolution II controller, combining a efficient control system with EDS (Equal Distance System) lance control, ISC (Intelligent Sensing Control) signal control and the new TFT color graphic display with complete newly designed software.
The Smart Lance System will always calculate the best way to control the Lance for maximum performance and best result from the operator's settings. It has a self diagnostic control system and will measure all inputs compared with the actual production.
Radio Control
Today the Aquacutter robots are the most advanced on the market thanks to their extensive range of features, ensuring the user that top quality results are achieved safely at the highest production rate with low operating and maintenance cost.
Roller System
The roller system is designed with reliability and service friendliness in mind. The selection of high quality material with advanced hardening process in the manufacturing guaranties less wear and tear.
The lance angle can be adjusted up to 45° to each side thanks to the EDS system.
The high-tech roller assembly includes adjustable oscillation, stroke, adjustable lance angle from the side and all new heavy duty sealing and slide channels.
Advanced System Functions
The system makes it very easy to program even the most challenging tasks, like geometrical shapes with three point or a circles.
